My wife Grace is an accomplished horseback rider, talented musician, active writer,
loving wife, caring friend, and an all around great human being to know. She has
suffered through a lot of pain with her surgeries and with this upcoming operation
will hopefully be on her last period of recovery. If you would like to leave a kind
note, a piece of helpful advice, or a comment on her music please feel free to here.

I was looking around for some interesting music and I stumbled across this site.
Your music isn't usually what I listen to, but I found it very 'real'. It's like that feeling when you know it's raining outside but you're inside smiling with your friends.
Also, I think this site is a very sweet idea - if you end up in a rough place, it sounds like you'll always have someone to share it with.
The best of luck to you.

I just can't express my words in English as I'd like to. But everything I wish to say is "hold on!". God will bless you after all this "gray" time.
I can always find a lot of encouragemente reading Book of Job in Bible (sorry if you're not Christian or Jewish). The book tell us a history of someone who suffered much but he was saved.
I wish the love of your husband and from people of all the word can somehow stop the pain.
You will be in my prayers.

Wishing you all the best in your recovery of health
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference.

Hey Gracie,
I am pleased to hear that your surgery went well. I have been thinking about you & am praying that good old Doc Stohl has gotten this one right!
Keep looking forward......the stuff behind us doesn't matter.........it's what we do next that counts.

I've got a condition called Hyrdrocephalus so I've been in for a few surgeries myself. I know they're never fun. But good to hear you're coming through all right. As with many other's we've never met and likely never will but you will be in my prayers. My faith happens to be Christian so if you'll permit me to pass that along in my thoughts and wishes:
A Prayer for your recovery:
May God's arms enfold you,
His peace surround you,
His loving hands heal you.
" I am the Lord your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear;
I will help youl."
-Isaiah 41:13

I don't have anything witty or unique to say, but I do empathize with the difficulty of your recovery. You are amazing! And I pray that this can indeed be the last surgery so that you can get back to making more lovely music!

I wish and paray that your recovery is fast. I am not one on words these days, but I truly send my heart out to you and your family. Everything happens for a reson, we may not be clear as to what the reason is but we will in time. May you and yours be blessed, and you have people out here that care even when we do not know you on a personal level.

I'm listening to your music as I type this. You're such a talented musician, and I can't imagine what it's like to be in your position.
I'm an amatuer writer, and most of my free time is spent in front of my computer, typing. Not unlike, I would think, you in front of your keyboard before this tragedy hit you--and it is always a tragedy when an artist is cut off from his or her art. I can think of what it would be like to be seperated from my outlet. I'm sure you're going through two different kinds of pain right now.
Just keep thinking of what comes after your recovery. Keep dreaming of that time when you get to play your music again and create more beautiful works.
I wish you a speedy recovery and endless inspiration when you once more get to sit in front of your keyboard, pain-free.

You are an AMAZING woman. You have more courage than I could ever hope to have, and your music reminded me of Sarah McLachlan's in the way they both stir the soul.
Your journey is going to be scary, painful, saddening, and an overall emotional rollercoster. If you ever need someone to rant, rave, or just talk to and your hubby's asleep, feel free to send me a line. I'd love to tell you all about my horses and lend you a shoulder when you need one. Just goes to show how inspiring you are; complete strangers are reaching out to you. =3
Remember: You can and you will make it through this!

Remember, life is worth living. Always keep your faith, in whatever you believe, and look for the beauty in the world even if all you see are ruins.
I wish you to heal quickly, and easily. I hope you'll always remember the beauty, and never forget to hold it in yourself. ^w^
